Return Policy

We want you to LOVE our clothes, but if you try it on and you feel “meh”, we accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on betterluckapparel.com for return, exchange, or store credit.

All tags must be attached. Please make sure the clothing is free of makeup, body odor (lookin’ at you armpits), or other marks and stains. Give your pets a hug for us but please avoid sending any clothing back with animal fur. If an item is returned to us in a non-resalable condition, it may be returned to you at your cost.  

RETURN TIMEFRAME: 
Returns must be requested online and shipped to Better Luck within 21 days (3 weeks) of your item(s) delivery date. This means the package must arrive at Better Luck within 21 days for the refund, exchange or e-gift card (as selected). If it's received after 21 days, an Better Luck e-gift card will be issued.

SHIPPING LABEL:
After submitting your request online ________, a return slip and shipping label will be generated for you. Please include the return slip in the package when shipped back to Better Luck.

RETURN SHIPPING COST: 
You are responsible for the shipping cost to return your item(s); Better Luck does not pay for shipping or handling costs on returns or exchanges unless 1) the order was over $100 and/or 2) the item(s) arrived damaged or a mistake was made by Better Luck.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME: 
After you return arrives at Better Luck, allow up to 7 business days to receive your refund or e-gift card (if opting for an e-gift card, you’ll receive it via email). An exchange order will ship within 3-7 days of your return being processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once the exchange order has been shipped.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED CLOTHES:
If you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, your return (and photo proof) must be submitted via our return portal within 3 days of the delivery date. If approved, Better Luck will email you the return label for return, exchange or store credit. SORRRRRRY ABOUT THAT :( 

FINAL SALE ITEMS: 
Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
